أثر الاتجاهات المصرفية الحديثة على جودة الخدمات الالكترونية -دراسة حالة بنوك–مغنية

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الاتجاهات الحديثة المصرفية و توضيح تأثيرها على جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية في بنوك مغنية، من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التالية ما مدى أثر الإتجاهات الحديثة المصرفية على جودة الخدمات الالكترونية حسب موظفين بنوك BNA، BDL، BADR ، و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع إستبيان على عينة مكونة من 50 موظفا، حيث تم إسترجاع 41 إستبيان، و إستخدمنا عددا من الأساليب الإحصائية و معالجة برامج SPSS لمعرفة النتائج المتوصل إليها و إختبار فرضية البحث. و أظهرت هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة إرتباط إيجابية بين أثر الاتجاهات الحديثة المصرفية و جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية . و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية تكنلوجياالمعلومات والاتصال في جودة الخدمات الالكترونية و كذا تطوير الخدمات المصرفية في الجودة . Abstract: The studyaims to know the impact of recentbanking trends and to clarifytheir impact on the quality of electronic services in Maghniabanks, by addressing the followingproblem. Distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 50 employees, where 41 questionnaires werereturned, and weused a number of statisticalmethods and SPSS programs to know the results and test the researchhypothesis. This studyshowed a positive correlationbetween the impact of recentbanking trends and the quality of electronic services. The studyconcludedthatthereis a statisticallysignificant impact of information and communication technology on the quality of electronic services, as well as the development of banking services in quality.
