التحليل المالي ودوره في مراقبة التسيير:دراسة حالة مؤسسة النور للزيتون

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم الأدوات التي يعتمد عليها في عملية التحليل المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية. هذا بغية الكشف عن الوضع المالي للمؤسسة والتي تساهم في تحقيق جل الأهداف المسطرة وذلك بالتطرق في الجانب النظري للموضوع بكل زواياه: ماهية كل من مراقبة التسيير والتحليل المالي، المعطيات المحاسبية في التحليل المالي ولأجل معرفة الأثر الميداني لهذه الدراسة قمنا بتطبيق أدوات التحليل المالي على القوائم المالية لمؤسسة النور لصناعة الزيتون وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عّدة نتائج أهمها: التحليل المالي للقوائم المالية يساهم في الكشف عن نقاط القوة ومحاولة تعزيزها ونقاط الضعف والعمل على إصلاحها وكذلك يساهم من خلال مؤشراته في تشخيص الوضعية المالية، كما يعتبر التحليل المالي من أهم الأدوات الحديثة لمراقبة التسيير. Abstract: This study aims to show the most important tools that are relied up on in the process of financial analysis in economic institutions, this is in order to disclose the financial position of the institution, which contributes to achieving most of the set goals, by addressing the theoretical side of the topic from all agles : what is management control and financial analysis, accounting data in financial analysis, In order to know the field impact of this study, we have applied financial analysis tools to the financial statement of the AL-Noor Foundation for the Olive industry, this study reached several result, the most important are : Financial analysis of the financial statements contributes to revealing the strengths point and work to fix them, it also contributes, throughits indicators, to diagnosing the financial situation. Financial analysis is also one of the most important modern tools for management control.
