أثر السياسة النقدية على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر 1990-2020

Abstract

الممخص: تعد السياسة النقدية من أهم السياسات الاقتصادية التي تنتهجها الدولة من أجل مكافحة الاختلالات الاقتصادية المختلفة المصاحبة للتطور الاقتصادي نظرا لآثارها الواسعة على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية، تستهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة ما مدى تأثير السياسة النقدية على بعض متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي في الجزائر ولغرض ذلك تمت الإشارة لنظرة مختصرة حول الإطار النظري للسياسة النقدية وأثرها ، وكذاك تطور معدل التضخم الناتج المحلي الإجمالي خلال فترة 1990-2020 من خلال دارسة قياسية، وتم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي VAR وذلك بالاعتماد على معدل الخصم العرض النقدي. توصلت الد ا رسة فيما يخص السياسة النقدية أن العرض النقدي يؤثر إيجابا على كل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و التضخم في حين أن تأثير معدل إعادة الخصم أثر على التضخم فقط و عليه نستنتج ان فعالية السياسة النقدية في التأثير على متغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي محددة. Abstract: Monetary policy is one of the most important economic policies pursued by the State in order to combat the various economic imbalances associated with economic development due to its wide effects on macroeconomic variables s macroeconomic variables ", which aims to determine the extent to which monetary policy affects some of Algeria's macroeconomic variables. As well as the development of inflation and GDP during 1990-2020 through a standard study and the VAR self-regression model was used based on the discount rate and cash offer. The monetary policy study found that monetary supply has a positive impact on both GDP and inflation, while the effect of the repatriation rate has only affected inflation and it concludes that the effectiveness of monetary policy in influencing macroeconomic variables is limited.
