مساهمة التسويق الإلكتروني في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية – دراسة حالة بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري وكالة مغنية CPA -

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة التسويق الإلكتروني وأثره على (الأداء البنكي) في وكالة بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري "CPA" فرع مدينة " مغنية" في فترة قبل وخلال جائحة كورونا (COVID-19). والأثر المتمثل بعد انتهائها. وثم استخدام استبيان كأداة جمع البيانات الخاصة، والعينة مكونة من (32) عميل في عملاء تلك الوكالة، معالجة البيانات على برنامج SPSS في معالجة البيانات واختبار الحرفيات. وتوصلنا إلى أنه يوجد تأثير دو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية لتحسين جودة الخدمات المعرفية شملت هذه الدراسة ما يلي:(الموقع الإلكتروني، الصراف الآلي والبطاقات البنكي، الصرفة عبر الهاتف، أوامر الدفع المصرفية الإلكترونية، خدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية). Abstract: This study aims to identify the contribution of e-marketing and its impact on (banking performance) in the agency of the CPA Bank of Algeria, the branch of the city of Maghnia, in the period before and during the Corona pandemic (COVID-19). And the effect after it ends. And then a questionnaire was used as a special data collection tool, and the sample consisted of (32) clients in that agency's clients, processing the data on the SPSS program in processing the data and testing the crafts. And we found that there is a statistically significant effect of applying electronic banking services to improve the quality of cognitive services. This study included the following: (website, ATM and bank cards, exchange over the phone, electronic banking payment orders, electronic banking services).
