البيئة المؤسساتية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى تحليل واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1996-2022، والذي تعتبر من أهم مواضيع العصر الحالي، تم التطرق في الدراسة النظرية الى مختلف جوانب التنمية المستدامة وبعض المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بها، أما في الدراسة التطبيقية تم إبراز العلاقة الحكم الرشيد بهذا المصطلح عن طريق تحليل مختلف المؤشرات التي تؤثر على الثلاثية اقتصاد، بيئة ومجتمع بما فيها المؤشرات المؤسساتية التي تلعب الدور الأساسي في بناء اقتصاد مستدام. في نهاية ورقتنا البحثية تم التوصل إلى أن الجزائر بعيدة عن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بفعل ضعف البنية التحتية، الادارة البيئية والتحديات الاقتصادية والسياسية، فالحوكمة القوية والتشريعات الفعالة تبني قاعدة قوية لرحلة تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

Abstract: The study aims to analyse the realities of sustainable development in Algeria during the period 1996-2022, which is one of the most important subjects of the present era. Various aspects of sustainable development and some basic concepts related thereto were addressed in the theoretical study In the applied study, the relationship of good governance to this term was highlighted by an analysis of the various indicators affecting triangular economy, An environment and a society, including institutional indicators, which play a key role in building a sustainable economy. At the end of our paper, it was concluded that Algeria is far from achieving sustainable development due to weak infrastructure, environmental management and economic and political challenges. Strong governance and effective legislation build a strong foundation for the journey towards sustainable development.
