Abstract

الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تأثير إدارة المعرفة على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، حيث تم استهداف عينة عشوائية من بعض المؤسسات الناشطة في مغنية حجمها 120 مشاهدة وللحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS ونماذج الانحدار المتعدد وتوصلنا إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الجزائرية، وعليه نوصي بضرورة الاهتمام بالمعرفة إذ تعتبر مورد أساسي يساعد على تطوير المؤسسات وتحسين أدائها. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management on the performance of Algeria's economic institutions A random sample of some institutions active in a 120-viewer singer was targeted and hypotheses were judged. The analytical descriptive curriculum was used using the SPSS programme and multiple regression models and we found a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of knowledge management on the economic performance of Algerian institutions. We therefore recommend the need for attention to knowledge as it is an essential resource that helps to develop institutions and improve their performance .
