تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من بعض الجامعات الجزائرية

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتحديد الدور الذي تلعبه هذه التقنيات في تحقيق استدامة الابتكار وتحسين التعلم التنظيمي، حيث تم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة تم توزيعها على عينة من مؤسسات التعليم العالي، حيث تم توزيع عدد من الاستبيانات، حيث أنه ومن بين 150استبيان تم توزيعه، استرجع 81 منها صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي. وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قمنا باستخدام برنامج SPSSلمعالجة البيانات، ومن أجل تحديد هذه العلاقة والحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام نماذج الانحدار والاختبارات البسيطة، والتي بينت أن تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على استدامة الابتكار جاء ضعيفا جدا، كما أظهرت عدم وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاصطناعي على التعلم التنظيمي في المؤسسات محل الدراسة. والعمل على تطوير البنى التحتية الرقمية، وبناء استراتيجيات واضحة لربط هذه التقنيات بأهداف الابتكار طويل المدى.

Abstract : This study aims to highlight the reality of employing artificial intelligence technologies in higher education institutions, and to determine the role these technologies play in achieving innovation sustainability and improving organizational learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of higher education institutions. Out of 150 distributed questionnaires, 81 were retrieved and found suitable for statistical analysis. To address the research problem, the descriptive analytical method was adopted, and SPSS software was used for data processing. In order to determine the relationship between variables and test the hypotheses, regression models and multiple tests were employed. The results showed that the impact of artificial intelligence on innovation sustainability was very weak. Furthermore, the findings revealed no statistically significant effect of artificial intelligence on organizational learning in the institutions under study. The study recommends developing the appropriate organizational and digital infrastructure, and building clear strategies to link these technologies with long-term innovation objectives.
