Abstract

الملخص: عمر الإنسان يبدأ بالولادة تم تأتي مرحلة الطفولة التي تعتبر الأساس الذي يبنى عليه الإنسان فالطفل إذا وفرت له الحقوق التي منحها له القانون وإحترمت هذه الحقوق من المجتمع والدولة فإن هذا الأمر يعود بالفائدة على الجميع ونستطيع إيجاد مجتمع متكامل وسليم، فالطفل بإعتباره ضعيف يحتاج إلى رعاية الأسرة أولا ثم على المجتمع إحتضانه بإعتباره رجل الغد. فالدول المتقدمة في العالم تحترم حقوق الطفل وترفعها لدرجة التقديس للحفاظ على ريادتها وتقدمها وإزدهارها فالإنسان عندها يمثل ثروة ثمينة. Résumé La vie d'une personne commence, à la naissance en suite le stade de l'enfance qui est le socle sur lequel se construit l'être humain, Si l’enfant se voit accorder les droits qui lui sont reconnus par la loi et que ces droits sont respectés par la société et l’état, nous pouvons créer une société intégrée et soin. L’enfant en tant que personne faible besoin des soins de la famille en premier lieu puis la société devait l’éntergié comme l’homme de demain. Les pays développés du notre monde respectent les droits de l’enfant et l’élément jusqu’à la sanctification pour personne leur leadership, leur progrès et leur prospérité et l’être humain repéré sente alors une richesse précieuse. Summary The life of a person begins at birth, then the stage of childhood which is built, if the child is granted the rights which are recognized by law and these rights are respected by society and the state, we can create an integrated and healthy society. The child as a weak person need the care of the family first then the society integrated as the man of tomorrow, the developed countries of our world respect the rights of the child and raise it to sanctification for to preserve their leadership, their progress and their prosperity, and the human being which resumes a precious wealth.
