Abstract

الملخص: نستعرض في هذه الدراسة ألا وهي: الإجراءات الخاصة بالصفقات العمومية، كل من الإجراءات الخاصة بالصفقات ذات النمط العادي والمتكرر والمتمثلة إما في التعاقد عن طريق الإجراءات المكيفة (الاستشارة)، أو التعاقد بخصوص العمليات المتعلقة بالماء والغاز والكهرباء والهاتف والانترنت هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى نستعرض الإجراءات الخاصة في الص. الع ذات النمط المستعجل والسريع والمتمثلة إما في الصفقات العمومية المبرمة بعنوان الاستعجال الملح، أو الصفقات التي تتطلب السرعة في اتخاذ القرار. Résumé : On présente sur cette étude les procédures des marchès publiques,Tous les process concernant marchès simple et marchés bis (raffiné) se prisent soit par un contrat adapter consultation ou des contrats classique comme gaz eau électrique ,téléphone internet ça d'une partie au revanche on présente les procédures affaire publique de nature active et rapide soit comme affaire publique conclue dans l'urgence inperieuse ou soit des marchès qui nécessite une décision rapide.. abstract: In this study, we review the procedures of publicm market.
