Abstract

ملخص:

يحتل الوالي مكانة هامة في التنظيم الإداري الجزائري،يعينه وينهي مهامه رئيس الجمهورية بموجب مرسوم رئاسي، فالوالي يتمتع بصلاحيات هامة، فهو من جهة ممثل للدولة على مستوى الولاية، ومن جهة أخرى ممثل للولاية طبقا لقانون الولاية12-07المؤرخ في 21/02/2012، كما يمارس الوالي رقابته الإدارية عن طريق رقابة وصائية على المجالسالمحلية المنتخبة.

Résumé : Le Wali occupe une place importante dans l'organisation administrative Algérienne, nommé et levé de ses fonctions par le Président de la République par décret présidentiel, il dispose des pouvoirs importants, il est représentant de l'Etat au niveau de la wilaya et représentant de la wilaya conformément à la loi 12-07 du 21/02/2012, le Wali exerce également un contrôle administratif par le biais du contrôle de la tutelle sur les conseils locaux élus.

Abstract:

The Wali occupies an important place in the Algerian administrative organization, appointed and removed from office by the President of the Republic by presidential decree, it has the important powers, it is representative of the State at the level of the wilaya and representative of the wilaya according to the law 12-07 of 21/02/2012, the Wali also exerts an administrative control through the control of the guardianship on the local councils elected.
