Abstract

الملخص: يعد الصلح والتصالح في الجرائم الاقتصادية نظام قانوني عرفته معظم التشريعات، بحيث يعتبر من أهم الإجراءات البديلة عن الدعوى العمومية التي تتسم بسرعة في فض النزاعات خارج الجهاز القضائي، إذ تناول المشرع تطبيقاته في مجال الجمركي بحيث نظمه بموجب القانون رقم 79-07 المتضمن قانون الجمارك المعدل والمتمم، وكذا مجال الصرفي الذي ثم تناوله بالأمر 96-22 المتعلق بقمع مخالفة التشريع خاصين بالصرف وحركة رؤوس الأموال من إلى الخارج المعدل و المتمم Résumé : La conciliation et la réconciliation dans les délits économiques sont des systèmes juridiques connus dans la plupart des législations mondiales, de sorte qu’il est considéré comme l’une des procédures alternatives les plus importantes au procès public, qui se caractérise par une résolution rapide des litiges en dehors du dispositif judiciairement tant que législateur a traité ses applications dans le domaine douanier de sorte qu’il a été organisé sous la loi n°79-07 contenant la loi douanière modifiée et la complémentaire, ainsi que le domaine morphologique qui a été traité dans l’ordonnance n°96-22 relative à la répression des infractions à la règlementes changes modifiées et complétées concernant les échanges et les mouvements de capitaux en provenance et à destination de l’étranger telle que modifiée et complétée.
