المؤسسات الناشئة المؤطرة من طرف حاضنات الاعمال ودورها في التنمية الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور المحوري الذي تؤديه المؤسسات الناشئة المؤطرة من طرف حاضنات الأعمال في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية على المستوى المحلي، وذلك عبر نموذج المركز الجامعي بمغنية، من أجل تقديم تصور علمي حول إمكانيات تحسين مخرجات هذه الحاضنات وتعزيز دورها التنموي. تمثل المؤسسات الناشئة المؤطرة ضمن حاضنات الأعمال بالمراكز الجامعية عنصرًا محوريا وحلقة ربط استراتيجية لربط مخرجات التعليم العالي بالسوق الاقتصادية، وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية على المستويين المحلي والوطني. إن تحسين هذه المنظومة، وتنظيمها، وتعزيز الترابط بينها وبين المحيط الاقتصادي، يشكل مخرجا مهما لاستثمار طاقات الطلبة وحاملي المشاريع، وتنشيط الاقتصاد الوطني وفق مقاربة سوسيولوجية شاملة ومتكاملة.. This study aims to identify the pivotal role played by start-ups supervised by business incubators in promoting economic development at the local level, using the model of the University Center in Maghnia. This will provide a scientific vision of the possibilities for improving the outcomes of these incubators and enhancing their developmental role. For example, start-ups supervised within business incubators at university centers are a pivotal element and a strategic link connecting higher education outcomes to the economic market and promoting economic development at the local and national levels. Improving and organizing this system, and strengthening its interconnection with the economic environment, is an important way to invest the energies of students and project holders and stimulate the national economy according to a comprehensive and integrated sociological approach.
