Abstract

ملخص أقر المشرع الجزائري نظاما قانونيا خاصا للانتخابات بصفة عامة وانتخاب المجالس المحلية البلدية بصفة خاصة ،المجالس المحلية البلدية بصفة خاصة ،وذلك لضمان شفافية ونزاهة ، هذه الانتخابات وأخلقتها ،بدءا من الحملة الانتخابية إلى غاية ظهور النتائج ، وهذا ما نجده في الأمر رقم 21-01 المتضمن العضوي للانتخابات والنصوص التطبيقية له ..

Résume :

Le législateur algérien a approuvé un régime juridique spécial pour les élections en général et l'élection des conseils communaux locaux en particulier, et des conseils communaux locaux en particulier, afin d'assurer la transparence et l'intégrité, ces élections et leur création, à partir de la campagne électorale jusqu'à la des résultats apparaissent, et c'est ce que l'on retrouve dans l'Ordonnance n° 21-01 portant Organe des Elections et ses textes d'application.

Abstract :

The Algerian legislator approved a special legal system for elections in general and the election of local municipal councils in particular, and local municipal councils in particular, in order to ensure transparency and integrity, these elections and their creation, starting from the electoral campaign until the results appear, and this is what we find in Order No. 21-01 containing the organic Elections and its implementation texts.
