Abstract

ملخـص : حاول القانون الدولي الإنساني أن يمنح لجميع الفئــــــات المحمية من قبله ، القــــدر الكافي من الحماية ، منددا بجميع الإنتهــــــــــــــاكات اللإنسانية الممارسة ضدهم أثناء النزاعات المسلحة والتي تسبب لهم اضرارا مــــــــــــادية وجسمانية وتحرمهم مـــــــــــن ممارسة حقوقهم و حرياتهم في الحياة ولتفعـــــــــيل ذلك اتخذت مجموعة من الوسائل القانونية حتى تضمن التطبيــــق السليم له و معاقبة كل من يخالفه . Résumé : Le droit international humanitaire a tenté d’assuré aux différentes catégories et spécialement les civiles une protection suffisante ,en condamnant tous acte de violence inhumains commis contre elles durant les conflits armés ,qui peut causer de considérables dommages matériels,phisiques et psychiques en privant de jouir de leurs droits et libertés .Ainsi il contient un ensemble de moyens légaux visant à une application adroite et à la sanction de toute personne qui s’y oppose Abstract : The international humanitarian law tends to ensure for differentcategories under its aegis,an adequate protection ,condemningall acts of inhuman violence committed against them during armed conflict, with could cause considerable physical and corporal damages, depriving them to enjoy their rights and freedoms there for, and in order to stimulate it, a set of legal means were taken to a clever enforcement and punishment of anyone who opposes it.
