دور الهيئات الإدارية البيئية المركزية في حماية البيئة من مخاطر التلوت

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع الضبط الاداري في حماية البيئة حيث يعد الحفاظ على البيئة موضوعا حديثا يدخل ضمن أعراض النظام العام المستحدثة كما تطرقنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى الأجهزة الإدارية التي تمارس الحماية القانونية للبيئة على المستوى المركزي والمتمثلة في رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس الحكومة او الوزير الأول حسب الحالة كما ان هناك وزارات فاعلة في مجال حماية البيئة من مخاطر التلوث كوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ووزارة الصحة ووزارة العمران.

The study dealt with the issue of administrative control in the protection of the environment, where the preservation of the environment is a recent topic that falls within the emerging public system symptoms. There are active ministries in the field of environmental protection from the dangers of pollution, such as the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Urbanization. Résumé: L’étude a examiné le thème du contrôle administratif dans la protection de l’environnement. La préservation de l’environnement est un sujet récent qui est l’un des nouveaux symptômes de l’ordre public. Par cette étude, nous nous sommes adressés aux instances administratives qui exercent la protection juridique de l’environnement au niveau central, à savoir le Président de la République, le Chef du Gouvernement ou le Premier Ministre, selon le cas.
