Abstract

أصبحت مهنة التعليم في البيئات الأكاديمية اليوم مهنية يرتقي بها الأساتذة في المجتمع ولاسيما الأساتذة الجامعيين إذ أن هناك نسقا متكاملا من الأفكار التي تلتقي في الوسط الجامعي لتشكل مجموعة من التيارات الفكرية وهو ما يجعلها نموذجا متنوعا من مختلف الأيديولوجيات، مما قد يحيل إما إلى نوع الترابط بين الأساتذة أو تصادم لأفكارهم ، حيث يمكن ان تنبثق بشكل أخر أوضح .ونجد أن كثيرا من الباحثين والدراسين عالجوا موضوع الأيديولوجيا وربطوها بعدة نظريات مختلفة كما ناقشوا مسألة تأثيرها على العلاقات المهنية ، إذ أنها ترسم لكل فرد مسافة نقدية تبعده عن تناقضات المجتمع وتشكل له واقعا وحيزا خاصا به وذلك جراء التركيز النظري على مختلف الأيديولوجيات في بيئة عمله ككيان اجتماعي متفاعل مع مختلف . حيث تمثل النزعات الأيديولوجية و طبيعة العلاقات الهنية السائدة دورا مهما في بناء وتعزيز العلاقات وتنمية التواصل وبناء شبكة علاقات اجتماعية في الوسط الجامعي Summary : The teaching profession in today's academic environments has become a profession that professors, especially university professors, advance in society, as there is an integrated system of ideas that meet in the university environment to form a group of intellectual trends, which makes it a diverse model of different ideologies, which may refer either to a type of connection between professors or a clash of their ideas, whereby they may emerge in a different, clearer form. We find that many researchers and scholars have dealt with the subject of ideology and linked it to several different theories. They have also discussed the issue of its impact on professional relationships, as it creates for each individual a critical distance that distances him from the contradictions of society and forms for him a reality and a special space, as a result of the theoretical focus on the various ideologies in his work environment as a social entity interacting with different Ideological tendencies and the nature of prevailing professional relationships play an important role in building and strengthening relationships, developing communication, and building a social network within the university community.
