الاكتئاب لدى المصابين بالسرطان - دراسة وصفية على عينة من مرضى مركز تيجيني هدام بسيدي بلعباس

Abstract

الاكتئاب من الاضطرابات النفسية الشائعة في عصرنا لدى المصابين بسرطان فكانت الإشكالية الدراسة هل هناك فروق في درجات الاكتئاب لدى المصابين بسرطان حسب المتغيرات التأليه السن، الحالة المدنية، المستوى التعليمي. فهدفت الدراسة الى التحقق من انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في متوسط درجات الاكتئاب لدى المصابين بالسرطان، وكان داعي اختيار الموضوع هو اثراء البحث العلمي في مجال الطب النفسي وقد تحدثت الدراسة بالمصابين بسرطان الموجودين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة لمكافحه السرطان تيجيني هدام المتواجدة بسيدي بلعباس لمده شهر وشامله الدراسة عشوائية مؤلفه من 90 مريض بالسرطان. عليهم مقياس بيك للاكتئاب ان تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته وتم التحليل ومعالجه البيانات باستعمال الاوساط الحسابية والانحراف المعياري. وقد اظهرت النتائج انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في درجه الاكتئاب لدى المصابين بالسرطان على حسب سنهم وحالتهم المدنية ومستواهم التعليمي. Abstract: Depression is one of the most common mental health disorders affecting individuals with cancer. This study investigated whether there are differences in the levels of depression among cancer patients according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, and educational level. The study aimed to examine whether there were statistically significant differences in the mean depression scores of cancer patients based on these demographic variables. The topic was chosen to contribute to and enrich scientific research in the field of mental health and psycho-oncology. The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) was used to assess depression after establishing its validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of depression among cancer patients according to their age, marital status, or educational level.
