410 حماية الهيئات الطبية في النزاعات المسلحة

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض و تحليل و تقييم القواعد القانونية المتعلقة بحماية الهيئات الطبية في النزاعات المسلحة من خلال النظر إلى مدى فاعلية قواعد القانون الدولي المقررة لهم أثناء النزاعات المسلحة،و ما مدى فاعلية الآليات المخصصة لحمايتهم. Résumé Le but de cette étude est de présenter, d’analyser et d’évaluer les règles juridiques relatives à la protection des structures de santé dans les conflits armés en examinant l’efficacité des règles de droit international relatives aux conflits armés et l’efficacité des mécanismes de protection de ces conflits. Abstract The purpose of this study is to present, analyze, and evaluate the legal rules relating to the protection of medical bodies in armed conflict by considering the effectiveness of the rules of international law for armed conflicts and how effective mechanisms are to protect them.
