ملخص المذكرة تعتبر النزاعات في عقود النقل البحري للبضائع معقدة بسبب طبيعتها التجارية والدولية، ويختص القضاء الجزائري بالفصل فيها وفقًا لقانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية رقم 22-13. تلعب وسائل الإثبات، مثل سند الشحن، دورًا أساسيًا، وتتميز هذه النزاعات بتقادم قصير الأجل.

The arbitral award must be enforced by a court order, with the possibility of appeal.
