Abstract

إن حوادث العمل في ارتفاع مستمر, الشيء الذي يستلزم حماية اجتماعية للعامل في عدة قطاعات فالمشرع الجزائري أعطى أهمية كبيرة لموضوع حوادث العمل بمختلف أنواعه مبديا رأيه في أنواع التعويض والأشخاص المستفيدين منه مبرزا دور القضاء في مجال حوادث العمل ومدى مساهمته وفعاليته في حل النزاعات المتعلقة بحوادث العمل Le législateur algérien a accordé une grande importance à la question des accidents du travail de différents types en exprimant son opinion sur les types d'indemnisation et les bénéficiaires, en soulignant le rôle du pouvoir judiciaire dans le domaine des accidents du travail et l'importance de son rôle et de son efficacité dans le règlement des litiges liés aux accidents du travail. The Agerian legislator gave great importance to the issue of work accidents of various kinds, expressing his opinion on the types of compensation and the beneficiaries. He highlighted the role of the judiciary in the field of work accidents and the extent of its contribution and effectiveness in resolving disputes related to work accidents.
