Abstract

الــــمـــلخـــــــــــص: لقد أجمع الفقهاء على أن العقم لا يعدو أن يكون مرضا كباقي الأمراض وبالتالي يمكن علاجه بالطرق الطبيعية المتاحة فبعد أن كان يعالج بالعقاقير والأدوية مروا بالتدخل الجراحي. توصل العلم الحديث لاستكشاف تقنية التلقيح الاصطناعي في حالات يعجز عن العلاج بالتدخل العادي أو الجراحي. كما ظهرت موضوع الأم البديلة الذي لجأ فيه في حالات سبب مرض في الزوجة، أو عقم بسبب عدم وجود رحم أصلا قد تم استئصاله بسبب مرض أو بسبب المحافظة على رشاقة الجسم أو لأسباب اقتصادية أو مالية.
