الضغط النفسي لدى ممرضي مصلحة إعادة التأهيل الوظيفي والحركي دراسة عيادية لثلاثة حالات بمستشفى شعبان حمدون"مغنية"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الضغط النفسي لدى ممرضي المصلحة إعادة التأهيل الوظيفي والحركي. قمنا بإجراء البحث على عينة تتكون من ثلاث حالات، تضم اثنين من الذكور وأنثى واحدة، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 22 سنة و42 سنة وذلك في مستشفى مغنية بولاية تلمسان، ضمن مصلحة إعادة التأهيل الحركي والوظيفي. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمنا المنهج العيادي وأدوات مثل المقابلة النصف موجهة والملاحظة، بالإضافة إلى مقياس الضغط النفسي ليفنستاين (1993) وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط من الضغط النفسي لذى ممرضي المصلحة إعادة التأهيل الوظيفي والحركي، حيث كلا حالات لديهم ضغط نفسي متوسط This study aims to explore the level of psychological stress of the nurses of the functional and motor rehabilitation service. We conducted the research on a sample consisting of four cases, including two males and one female, aged between 22 and 42 years, at Maghnia hospital in Tlemcen state, within the Department of motor and functional rehabilitation. To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the clinical approach and tools such as semi-guided interview and observation, as well as the Levenstein psychostressometer (1993). The results have shown the presence of an average level of psychological stress for the nurses of the functional and motor rehabilitation department, where both their cases have average psychological stress.
