الملخص: إن الهدف الأساسي من التحقيق في المادة الإدارية هو الوصول إلى الحقيقة وضمان السير الحسن والعدل للمنازعة الإدارية . وقد منح للقاضي الإداري في مرحلة التحقيق دورا إيجابيا، يتجلى من خلال مختلف الوسائل والإجراءات المنصوص عليها في قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية. Résumé :

L'objectif principal de l'enquête administrative est d'établir la vérité et de garantir un déroulement juste et équitable du litige administratif. Le juge administratif se voit attribuer un rôle actif lors de la phase d'enquête, qui se manifeste à travers divers moyens et procédures stipulés dans la Loi des Procédures Civiles et Administratives Abstract The primary objective of administrative investigation is to ascertain the truth and ensure fair and just resolution of administrative disputes. The administrative judge is granted a proactive role during the investigative stage, which is manifested through various means and procedures stipulated in the Law of Civil and Administrative Procedures.
