ملخص: الحماية القانونية الدولية للمرأة ضد العنف تمثل إحدى الركائز الأساسية لحماية حقوق الإنسان. فقد أقرت العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية، مثلا اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة (سيداو)، ضرورة حماية النساء من العنف بجميع أشكاله، كما تبنت الأمم المتحدة قرارات تلزم الدول باتخاذ تدابير وقائية وتشريعية لحماية النساء. وتشمل الحماية القانونية أيضا الدعم للضحايا وتقديم الجناة للعدالة. ورغم هذه الجهود، لا تزال التحديات قائمة بسبب ضعف تنفيذ القوانين في بعض الدول، ويستمر العمل الدولي في تعزيز آليات الرصد والمساءلة لضمان بيئة آمنة وعادلة للنساء في كل مكان Abstract: International legal protection against violence is a cornerstone in safeguarding women’s human rights. Key international instruments—most notably the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)—have emphasized the urgent need to shield women from all forms of violence. The United Nations has also issued binding resolutions urging countries to adopt both preventive and legislative measures to ensure women’s safety. This legal framework extends beyond laws to include support services for survivors and accountability for perpetrators. Still, significant challenges persist, particularly in countries where enforcement remains weak. The global community continues to push for stronger monitoring and accountability systems to create a safer and more equitable world for women everywhere
