رئيس الجمهورية في الدستور الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر مؤسسة رئاسة الجمهورية الممثل في شخص الرئيس أعلى هيئة أو مؤسسة دستورية في ذلك ، وقد مرت الجزائر بظروف أدت بعده تعديلات دستورية مست هذا الهرم المؤسساتي ، فكيف كان تأثير هذا التعديل على سلطات رئيس الجمهورية.

Résumé : L’institution de la présidence de la république représentée par la personne du président est considérée comme la plus haute instance ou institution constitutionnelle , en cela l’algerie a connu des circonstances qui ont conduit a plusieurs amendements constitutionnels qui ont affecté cette hiérarchie institutionnels , comment cet amendement a-t-il affecté les autorités du président de la republique.

The institution of the presidency of the republic represented in the person of president , is considered the highest constitutional body or institution , in that , Algeria went through circumstances that led to several constitutional amendments that affected in this institutional hierarchy , How did this amendment affect the authorities of the president of the republic ?
