ضمان الودائع المصرفية

Abstract

الملخص: إن عقد الإيداع المصرفي النقدي يدخل في إطار العمليات المصرفية، والممكن تعريفه بأنه عقد يقوم بموجبه البنك باستقبال أموال الزبون، علي أن تذهب إرادتهما الي استعمالها لحساب البنك ، والتي يلتزم برد قدرها العددي للزبون وفقا لشروط العقد والاتفاق ،لكن تفاقم الأزمات المالية وتأثير دلك علي الحقوق المالية للأفراد دفع المشرع إلي تكريس نوع من الضمان من خلال القواعد المنظمة للحقل المصرفي.

Résumé: Le contrat de dépôt monétaire fait partie du processus bancaire .il peut être défini comme un contrat par lequel la banque reçoit l’argent du client et prépare son intention de l’utiliser pour le compte bancaire qui s’engage à rembourser au client sa valeur numérique selon aux termes du contrat ou de l’accord, mais l’aggravation des crises financières et l’impact sur les droits financières des individus ont incité le projet à consacrer une sorte de garantie à travers les règles régissant le secteur bancaire. Abstract: The money deposit contract is a part of the banking process, which can be defined as a contract where by bank receives the customer’s money and prepares their intention to use it for the bank account, which is committed to refunding its numerical value to the customer according to the terms of the contract or agreement. But the worsening of financial crises and the impact on the financial rights of individuals prompted the project to devote some kind of guarantee through the rules goveming the banking field.
