Abstract

ملخص:نستخلص دراسة العلاقات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية كوسائل لتنظيم العلاقات الدولية نشير أن المبعوث الدبلوماسي يتمتع بحصانات وامتيازات أشمل التي يتمتع بها القنصلي، فإن ذلك لا يكسب الوظيفة الدبلوماسية أهمية تفوق الوظيفة القنصلية، إذ لكل من الوظيفتين أهميتها وميزاتها فالأولى تهدف لتعزيز العلاقات السياسية، وحل الخلافات الدولية والثانية تسهم في تطوير العلاقات الاقتصادية والعلمية والثقافية. . Résumé: Nous Concilions que l'étude de sujet relation diplomatique et consulaire comme moyen de réguler les relation internationales soulignons que l'agent diplomatiquejouit des privilèges et immunités de la plus complète dont jouissent les Consulaire ; une gagne pas une fonction diplomatique emportent sur l'importance du poste consulaire; que chacun des deux fonctions en vedette L'ancien importance et vise à renforce les relation politique ; la résolution des différends internationaux et le second de contribuer des développement des relation économique; scientifique; et culture.
