Abstract

الملخـص: يشهد العالم اليوم مرحلة التشابك والتداخل بين مصالح الدول وتؤدي المنظمات الدولية دورا هاما في خدمة الإنسانية في شتى ميادين الحياة الدولية، هذا ما أدى إلى تزايد عدد المنظمات الدولية وكذلك عدد الموظفين الدوليين العاملين فيها. ونظرا لكثرة هؤلاء الموظفين فإن الحاجة تظهر جليا لوجود منظومة قانونية واحدة تحكم هؤلاء الموظفين بالرغم من اختلاف طبيعة إعمالهم في المنظمة الدولية وعلاقتهم بها. وفي هذا الإطار تأتي هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على النظام القانوني الخاص بالموظفين الدوليين. Résumé: Le monde est témoin aujourd'hui enchevêtrements scène et chevauchement entre les intérêts des États et des organisations internationales jouent un rôle important dans le service de l'humanité dans divers domaines de la vie internationale, ce qui a conduit à l'augmentation du nombre des organisations internationales ainsi que le nombre d'employés du personnel international. En raison du grand nombre de ces employés clairement il montre la nécessité de l'existence d'un système juridique unique ces employés contrôlent, malgré la nature différente de leurs activités dans l'organisation internationale et de leur relation avec elle. Dans ce contexte, cette étude est de faire la lumière sur le système juridique de l’employé international. The world is witnessing today tangles stage and overlap between the interests of States and international organizations play an important role in the service of humanity in various fields of international life, this is what led to the increasing number of international organizations as well as the number of international staff employees. Due to the large number of these employees clearly it shows the need for the existence of a single legal system these employees control despite the different nature of their business in the international organization and their relationship to it. In this context, this study is to shed light on the international legal system employee.
