Abstract

لقد هدفت دراستنا الموسومة ب « أساليب التكفل النفسية بالطفل التوحدي في المراكز المتخصصة » للكشف عن الأساليب المستخدمة للتكفل النفسي بالطفل التوحدي في المراكز الخاصة بهم من قبل المربيات ، و هي دراسة ميدانية مكملة الجانب النظري للدراسة ، و من أجل بلوغ هدفنا استخدمنا المنهج العيادي « الاكلينيكي» و ذلك بالاعتماد على بعض الأدوات لجمع المعلومات و البيانات و المتمثلة في الملاحظة العيادية و المقابلة العيادية ، بالإضافة إلى تقنية تحليل المحتوى ، و كذا مقياس أساليب التكفل النفسية بالطفل التوحدي ،ولقد طبقناه على عينة الدراسة ، و يتراوح عددهن 4 مربيات و لقد أسفرت دراستنا الميدانية على مجموعة من النتائج ، و التي نذكرها كالآتي : وجود أسلوبين للتكفل النفسي مُعتَمد عند مربيات الجمعية حيث تتراوح هذه الأساليب بين أسلوب التعزيز و أسلوب العقاب كما أسفرت نتائج المقياس المطبق على عينة دراستنا عن اعتماد المربيات الأربع على أسلوب التعزيز أكثر من أسلوب العقاب و هذا لا يعني محو أسلوب العقاب من قائمة أساليب التكفل النفسية بالطفل التوحدي لتعديل و ضبط السلوكيات غير المرغوبة التي يقوم بها. Our study, entitled "Psychological Care Methods for Autistic Children in Specialized Centers", aimed to explore the methods used by educators to provide psychological care for autistic children in dedicated centers. This is a field study that complements the theoretical aspect of the research. In order to achieve our objective, we adopted the clinical (or case study) approach, relying on several tools to collect information and data, including clinical observation, clinical interviews, as well as content analysis technique and a special scale related to our study topic. These tools were applied to a group of four educators working at the Al-Nour Association for Children with Autism in Maghnia, who represented the study sample. Our field study yielded a number of results, which can be summarized as follows: Two psychological care methods were found to be used by the association’s educators — positive reinforcement and punishment. The results of the applied scale indicated that all four educators rely more heavily on the reinforcement method than on the punishment method. However, this does not imply the complete exclusion of punishment from the list of psychological care strategies, as it is still used to modify and regulate undesirable behaviors exhibited by autistic children.
