ملخص

لقد فرض المشرع الجزائري رقابة مشددة على المجالس المحلية المنتخبة محاولا بذلك القضاء على كل أنواع الفساد الإداري بحيث تتعدد أنواع هذه الرقابة الممارسة بين الرقابة الإدارية والرقابة المالية القبلية والبعدية.

Le législateur algérien a instauré un contrôle rigoureux sur les assemblées locales élues, dans le but de lutter contre toutes les formes de corruption administrative. Ce contrôle se manifeste à travers plusieurs mécanismes, notamment le contrôle administratif ainsi que le contrôle financier, exercé à la fois a priori et a posteriori. The Algerian legislator has imposed strict oversight on elected local councils in an attempt to eliminate all forms of administrative corruption. This oversight takes several forms, including administrative control and financial control, both prior and subsequent.
