التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة الجامعة (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة المركز الجامعي مغنية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن التوافق النفسي و علاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي مغنية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) أستاذ و أستاذة، كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم تطبيق مقياس التوافق النفسي لإجلال محمد سرى (1986)، و مقياس التوافق المهني لبن غربال سعيدة (2015). و تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج 23Spss. و توصلت الدراسة الى: -توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين التوافق النفسي و التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة المركز الجامعي مغنية. This study aimed to reveal psychological compatibility and its relationship to professional compatibility among professors at the university center of maghnia. The study sample consisted of (50) male and female professors. This study adopted the descriptive correlational approach and applied the psychological compatibility scale by Ijlal Muhammed Sirri (1986) and the professional compatibility scale by Ben Gherbal Saida (2015). The data were processed using spss 23. The study concluded that: -There is a positive correlation between psychological compatibility and professional compatibility among professors at the university center of maghnia.
