حماية الصحفيين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة

Abstract

لقد كثرت في الآونة الأخيرة الإعتداءات على فئة الصحفيين، أثناء النزاعات المسلحة الدولية وغير الدولية، مما تطلب وبصورة ملحّة توفير الحماية القانونية اللازمة لهذه الفئة في القانون الدولي الإنساني، من أجل ضمان عدم عرقلة نقل الحقائق. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الحماية الدولية للصحفيين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، إضافة إلى التعرض للمسؤولية الدولية عن الانتهاكات التي يتعرضون لها وآليات تطبيقها.

Résumé La fréquence et l'intensité des conflits armés international et national ont augmenté de façon spectaculaire ces derniers temps, dans la loi humanitaire internationale, il faut fournir et renforcer la protection internationale pour les journalistes afin de s’assurer des faits. Le but de cette étude est donné la définition de la protection internationale pour les journalistes dans les conflits armés, en revanche, la responsabilité internationale est indispensable concernant les infractions auxquels ils sont exposés.

Abstract: In the last decades, journalists have repeatedly been the victims of aggressions against their actions on the ground during international and non-international armed conflicts. This threat to their lives has raised the necessity of guaranteeing their protection. Then the stages of development of the protection international of journalists in the international humanitarian law. Indeed, their protection must be guaranteed in order to ensure the process of truths transfer would not be obstructed. This study aims to define the Protection of Journalists during armed conflicts, beside, the analysis will shed light on the international responsibility for wrongful acts against journalists.
