Abstract

الملخص: الرقابة البرلمانية على أعمال الحكومة و فق التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 وظيفة يمارسها البرلمان الجزائري إلى جانب الاختصاص التشريعي، و التي تتعدد آلياتها بين آليات تترتب عنها مسؤولية سياسية للحكومة و تتمثل في الموافقة على مخطط عمل الحكومة، وبيان السياسة العامة، و آليات لا تترتب عنها مسؤولية سياسية و تتمثل في:الاستجواب، و الأسئلة الشفوية و الكتابية، و لجان التحقيق. Résumé Le contrôle parlementaire sur les actions du gouvernement, conformément à l'amendement constitutionnel de 2016, est une fonction exercée par le parlement algérien. en plus du pouvoir législatif , qui dispose de nombreux mécanismes entre les mécanismes qui impliquent la responsabilité politique du gouvernement et consiste à approuver le plan de travail du gouvernement, la déclaration de politique générale et les mécanismes qui n'engagent pas la responsabilité Politique, et est représenté dans: interrogatoires, questions orales et écrites et commissions Abstract The parlimentary control on government actions according to the constitutional amendment on 2016, is a function exercised by the Algerian parliament, beside the legislative competence, which has a difference mechanism, include a mechanisms consequent the political responsibility of government which are the according of the government schedule ,and the general policy declaration, and a mechanisms don’t consequent a political responsibility which are :interrogation, the oral and writing questions , and the committee of investigation, discussion of foreign policy, and controlling the using funds of the year .
