الملخص: الجنسية الجزائرية هي رابطة قانونية تربط الفرد بالدولة الجزائرية وتُحدد انتماءه القانوني والسياسي. تكتسب إما بالأصل ) عن طريق النسب أو المولد في الجزائر بشروط أو بالتجنس وفقًا لشروط معينة يحددها القانون ينظمها قانون الجنسية الجزائري الصادر بالأمر رقم 70-86 المعدل والمتمم. كما يتضمن القانون أحكامًا لفقدان الجنسية أو سحبها في حالات خاصة مع مراعاة مبدأ عدم التعدد والولاء للدولة الجزائرية. Abstract: Algerian nationality is a legal bond that connects an individual to the Algerian state and defines their legal and political affiliation. It is acquired either by origin (through descent or birth in Algeria under certain conditions) or by naturalization, according to specific legal criteria. It is governed by the Algerian Nationality Code, established by Ordinance No. 70-86, asamended. The law also includes provisions for loss or withdrawal of nationality in specific cases, while upholding the principle of non-duality of nationality and allegiance to the Algerian state.
