مسؤولية الشاحن في عقد النقل البحري

الملخص : يرتب عقد النقل البحري للبضائع في ذمة الشاحن التزامات متعلقة بالبضاعة تتمثل في تهيئة البضاعة للنقل، وتسليمها للناقل في الزمان والمكان المتفق عليهما، إضافة الى التزامات مالية تتجلى في دفع الشاحن الأجرة للناقل . كذلك يعد الشاحن البحري مسؤولاً عن البضائع التي يسلمها للناقل حالة اخلاله بأحد التزاماته بتحقيق نتيجة او بذل عناية فإنه يمكن للمتضرر رفع دعوى على الشاحن للحصول على تعويض.
