Abstract

ملخص: هذه الدراسة ترتكز على بيان طبيعة العلاقة بين القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان، وكان ذلك بالإجابة على تساؤلات أساسية تصبّ في إطار إثبات صلة التكامل بين القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الانسان، قصد تعظيم الحماية للإنسان في زمني الحرب والسلم، استجابة لروح الإنسانية في القانون. Résumé : Cette étude se base sur la démonstration naturelle entre la loi internationale humanitaire et des droits de l’homme. Le travail à répondre sur une problématique de la relation complémentaire entre les deux lois pour assurer la protection de l’homme en guerre et en paix. En réponse à l’esprit de l’humanité. Abstract : This research study is attempt to shed light on the natural demonstration letween international humanitasion laws an inderidual right. This work derivers its ansewrs froma problematic based on complementry relation that link the two mentioned laws so as to afford the protection of humans in both war and peace status, as an answer to the spirit of humanity.
