النظام القانوني للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

ملخص : نخلص في بحثنا هذا عن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الإقتصاد الوطني إلى لأنها لعبت دورا هاما في تلبية متطلبات الأفراد خاصة فئة الشباب وذلك من خلال إسهامها في تغيير البنية الإقتصادية. وقد حاولت الجزائر الإهتمام بها وذلك من خلال وضع أسس معايير في تعريفها لها وكذلك تسنين قانون خاص بها، كما أنها قد نالت دعما حكوميا وفق اليات تقوم بتوفيرها مؤسسات متخصصة. وإن تطور ونمو المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ساهم فيه الدعم الحكومي الهائل لها وهذا وفقا ل اليات توفرها مؤسسات متخصصة. كذلك تجدر الإشارة أنه قد فرضت عليها إلتزامات مختلفة كالمحاسبية والبورصية وهذا راجع لتأثرها بالمحيط القانوني لها. Résumé Dans notre recherche sur les petites et moyennes entreprises dans l'économie nationale, nous concluons qu'elles ont joué un rôle important dans la satisfaction des besoins des individus, en particulier le groupe des jeunes, par leur contribution à l'évolution de la structure économique. L'Algérie a tenté d'y prêter attention en posant les bases de normes pour la définir, ainsi qu'en édictant sa propre loi, et elle a reçu un soutien gouvernemental selon des mécanismes fournis par des institutions spécialisées. Le développement et la croissance des petites et moyennes entreprises ont été favorisés par le soutien du gouvernement, Ceci selon les mécanismes prévus par les institutions spécialisées. Il est également à noter que diverses obligations les ont été imposées, tel que la comptabilité et la bourse, et cela en raison de son impact dans son environnement juridique. Summary In our research on small and medium companies in the national economy, we conclude that they played an important role in meeting the requirements of individuals, especially the youth group, through their contribution in changing the economic structure. Algeria has tried to pay attention to it by laying the foundations of standards in defining it, as well as enacting its own law, and it has received governmental support according to mechanisms provided by specialized institutions. The development and growth of small and medium companies has been contributed to by government support. This is according to the mechanisms provided by specialized institutions. It should also be noted that various obligations have been imposed on it, such as accounting and stock exchange, and this is due to its impact in its legal environment.
