Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر الانتخابات الرئاسية الجزائرية ظاهرة ديمقراطية وممارسة حضارية لتأكيد حرية الفرد في اختيار من يراه مناسب لتمثيله، وعليه تعتبر هذه الأخيرة مؤشرا قويا لاحترام الديمقراطية ، يتجلى من خلال إجراء انتخابات نزيهة وشفافة تعمل الدولة الجزائرية على تحقيقها وما يميز الانتخابات الرئاسات الجزائرية هي قوة المحافظة على مواعيدها الانتخابية من أجل إضفاء الشرعية وتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار.
