الملخص: يأتي تطور فلسفة حقوق الطفل في الجزائر ضمن اىتمام عالمي واسع .تشكل واخذ بياته الحالية ضمن نضال ومطالبة دولية وذلك بافراد وتخصيص وثيقة دولية تختص بالطفل وحقوقه ونظرا لأهمية يهذه الفئة العمرية يولي المشرع الجزائري عن طريق نظاميو الجنائي حماية واسعة النطاق عن طريق جملة من النصوص القانونية الموضوعية والاجرائية التي حددت سنا معينا اذا لم يبلغها الطفل وجبت آنذاك حمايته اما باعتباره ضحية او باعتباره حدث Résume Les changements dans la philosophie de la protection des droite des enfants en Algérie dans l’intérêt global et large sont conditionnes par le courant mondial.et prises dans le cadre dun instrument international qui s’occupent de l’enfant et leurs droits en raison de l’importance de cette catégorie le législateur algérienne reconnait une large protection pénale a travers les textes juridique de fond et de procédure qui ont identifie un certain âge a default du quel l’enfant. bénéficiera dune protection soit comme une victime ou un délinquant. Summary The changes in the philosophy of the protection of the rights of children in Algeria in the global and broad interest are conditioned by the world current. And taken within the framework of an international instrument which deals with the child and their rights Due to the importance of this category, the Algerian legislator recognizes broad criminal protection through substantive and procedural legal texts which have identified a certain age in default of which the child. will enjoy protection as either a victim or an offender.
