Abstract

ملخص : شغلت جريمة إختطاف القصر في المجتمع الجزائري إهتماما كبيرا نظرا لخطورتها ومساسها بحرية الفرد حيث تتمثل في التعدي على براعم صغيرة لاتستطيع الدفاع عن نفسها ، حيث ادت هذه الجريمة إلى أضرار وخيمة ، مما جعلت المشرع تشديد العقوبات وأحدث جهاز جديد لحماية الطفل وهو جهاز إنذار المخطط الوطني للردع والحد من هذه الجريمة حماية ودفاعا عن حق الطفولة لاذنب لها سوى ضعفها وعجزها في الدفاع عن نفسها . Résume L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser un thème très important qui suscite un grande intérêt a la fois pour la recherche scientifique juridique et pour la société en raison de ses répercussion négative et dangereuses sur la liberté individuelle. Il s’agit d’analyser précisément l’agression fait aux enfants innocents qui n’ont pas la possibilité de se protéger. Ce crime d’enlèvement d’enfante gui a un fléau social sans frontière a amène législateur a un nouvel appareil pour la protection et la défense des droit de l’enfant. C’est un appareille de plan national de dissuasion pour stopper ce crime afin de protéger et défendre le droit de l’enfance.
