نطاق الحصانة البرلمانية في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: كرست جميع الدساتير الجزائرية وتعديلاتها المتعاقبة لنظام الحصانة البرلمانية بنوعيها الموضوعية والإجرائية، فالحصانة الموضوعية هي ضد المسؤولية البرلمانية وقررهما المشرع لمصلحة السلطة والأمة ولحفظ كيان التمثيل النيابي وصيانته من أي اعتداء.

Résumi : Toute les constitution algériennes et les amendements successifs au systéme d’immunité perleme,taire ont été consacrés a l’immunité de fond et de procédure, l’immunité de fons est contre le responsabilité du parlement et le l »gislateur a décidé de favoriser l’autorité et la nation et de préserver et de protéger l’entité représentative de toute attaque.

Abstract : All algerian constitutions and successive amendments to the parliamentary immunity system have been devoted to both substantive and procedural immunity. The substantive immunity is against parliamentary responsibility and the legislator has decided to favor the authority and the nation and to preserve and protect the representative entity from any attack.
