دور التعاون الدولي في مكافحة الفساد

Abstract

الملخص : تعتبر مكافحة الفساد على كافة الأصعدة، دو أولوية نظرا ما للفساد من آثار وخيمة وخطيرة، بحيث تستدعي هذه المكافحة تدخل الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية على جميع المستويات لاتخاذ الإجراءات الضرورية والفعالة ضد الفساد لكن المواجهة الناجحة للفساد، تستلزم وجود تعاون دولي بين مختلف المنظمات المعنية بمكافحة الفساد من أجل تعزيز المكافحة المشتركة للفساد من جهة ومن جهة أخرى توحيد الجهود الدولية في مكافحة الفساد. Résumé : La lutte contre la corruption est considéré comme une priorité à tous les niveaux étant donné les conséquences dangereuses et catastrophiques qu'elle pourrait causer . Il est nécessair de faire intervenir les organismes et organisations régionaux et internationaux à tous les niveaux pour prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires et efficaces contre ce fé fléau. Mais une confrontation réussie nécessite une entraide internationale entre les divers organismes concernés par cette lutte à fin de renforcer le combat contre la corruption et également unir les efforts internationaux . Abstract: Combating corruption at all levels is a high priority given the serious and dangerous consequences of corruption , so that this fight requires the intervention of international and regional bodies and organizations at all levels to take necessary and effective action against corruption but to successfully counter it and international cooperation among the various anti-corruption organizations to strengthen the common fight against corruption requires , and on the one hand , the consolidation of international efforts in the fight against corruption
