Item دور تسويق الخدمات في تحسين أداء المؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس - تلمسان -(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-03) قنينش حنان، هونات عبد الحميدالــــــــــــمــــــــــــــلـــــــــخــــــــــــص هدفت هده الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر للهاتف النقال موبيليس بتسويق الخدمات ، ومدى تأثيره على تحسين أداء المؤسسة من وجهة نظر مالكي شرائح موبيليس. تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بتسويق الخدمات و تحسين أداء المؤسسة، محاولين إبراز العلاقة بين تسويق الخدمات و تحسين أداء المؤسسة. أما الجانب التطبيقي فاخترنا مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر للهاتف النقال موبيليس باعتبارها احد أهم المؤسسات الخدمية الناشطة في قطاع اتصالات الهاتف النقال، هدا الأخير يشهد منافسة كبيرة بين المتعاملين الثلاثة موبيليس جازي و اوريدو . و اعتمدنا على المنهج الاستدلالي في بحثنا و على منهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي بالاستعانة باستبيان تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 126 فردا ، بالإضافة إلى مقابلتين مع مدير الوكالة. و قد أظهرت الدراسة أن مؤسسة موبيليس تولي أهمية لتسويق الخدمات .كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود اثر ايجابي لتسويق الخدمات على تحسين أداء المؤسسة يعزى إلى عناصر تصميم الخدمة، التسعير، التوزيع، الترويج، الأفراد و الدليل المادي . و في الأخير قدمنا مجموعة من الاقتراحات للقائمين على المؤسسة تصب في تفعيل نشاط تسويق الخدمات خاصة. Résumé: This study aimed to find out knowledge the importance of Algeria Telecom Corporation's concern for Mobilis in marketing services, and its impact on improving the performance of the corporation from the point of view of the owners of Mobilis chips. On the theoretical side, we discussed the various concepts related to marketing services and improving the performance of the institution, trying to highlight the relationship between marketing services and improving the performance of the institution. As for the practical side, we chose Algeria Telecom Corporation for Mobile Telephone Mobilis as one of the most important service institutions active in the mobile communications sector, this latter testifies Great competition between the three dealers, Mobilis Jazzy and Ooredoo. And we relied on the inferential approach in our research, and on the case study approach in the applied side, using a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 126 individuals. The study showed that the Mobilis Corporation attaches importance to marketing services. The results of the study also showed that there is a positive effect of marketing services on improving the performance of the institution, which is attributed to the éléments of service design , pricing, distribution, promotion , individuals and physical evidence. Finally, we presented a set of suggestions to those in charge of the organization that aim at activating the activity of marketing services in particular.Item تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية دراسة حالة مقارنة بين المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية والمؤسسات الخاصة(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-02) زرقاني عبد الرحيم، بن عابد سارةملخص: تناول البحث تقييم جودة الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية والمؤسسات الخاصة بمغنية ولاية تلمسان، وذلك من أجل تحديد مدى تمتع القطاع الصحي بالجودة ومدى انعكاس ذلك على خدمة، ومقارنة اي قطاع من القطاعين يملك نسبة أكبر من جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. بحيث تم توزيع استبيان على المستهلكين (المرضى). أظهرت الدراسة عدة نتائج أهمها: تقدم المؤسسات الاستشفائية الخاصة مستوى متوسط من جودة الخدمات الصحية ويفوق المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية. Summary: The research dealt with assessing the quality of health services in the public hospital institution and private institutions in Maghnia, Tlemcen, in order to determine the extent to which the health sector enjoys quality and the extent of its reflection on service, and to compare which sector of the two sectors has a greater percentage of the quality of health services provided. So that a questionnaire was distributed to consumers (patients). The study revealed several results, the most important of which are: Private hospital institutions provide an average level of health services quality that exceeds the public hospital institution.Item أثر تحفيز العاملين على جودة التعليم:دراسة حالة لمؤسسات تربوية ببلدية السواحلية – ولاية تلمسان(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-02) زيرار رابح ، قونان عبد الوهابالملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد أثر تحفيز العاملين على جودة التعليم. لهذا الغرض، شملت الدراسة مجموعة من المؤسسات التربوية لبلدية السواحلية (ولاية تلمسان)، و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية لبرنامج SPSSالنسخة 17 ، وخلصت الدراسة المنجزة ضمن عينة شملت 100 مستجوب الى وجود علاقة طردية بين المتغير التحفيز (المتغير المستقل) وجودة التعليم (المتغير التابع). Résumé: L’objectif de cette étude a été de déterminer l’impact de la motivation des travailleurs sur la qualité de l’enseignement. A cet effet, et a été procède à une étude de cas sur quelques établissements éducatifs,afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, l'approche analytique descriptive a été retenue, en utilisant les méthodes statistiques de SPSS version 17, l’échantillon a concerné 100 individus, en utilisant le SPSS, il a été constaté une relation proportionnelle entre la motivation et la qualité de l’enseignement. Abstract : The objective of this study was to determine the impact of worker motivation on the quality of education ,to this purpose, a case study was carried out on a few educational establishments.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, using the statistical methods of SPSS version 17, the sample involved 100 individuals, using the SPSS, itwasnoticedthatthere is a proportional relationship between motivation and the quality of education.Item دور الشمول المالي في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في عينة من الدول العربية دراسة قياسية تحليلية خلال الفترة 2005-2021(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-02) خميسي إيمان، بلال أميرةالملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس و تحليل أثر الشمول المالي على النمو الاقتصادي في6دول عربية متمثلة في:الجزائر،لبنان،قطر،الكويت،السعودية،جزر القمر خلال الفترة 2005-2021.تم تمثيل الشمول المالي بمرشرات الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية:عدد فروع البنوك التجارية وعدد أجهزة الصراف الالي، ومؤشرات استخدام الخدمات المالية:عدد المقترضين من البنوك،عدد المودعين و اشتراكات الهاتف المحمول.أما النمو الاقتصادي فتم التعبير عنه بنصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالنسبة للفرد، كما تستخدم الدراسة متغير الاستثمار الأجنبي كمتغير تحكم و قد تم استخدام نموذج(Panel Data) وطريقة متوسط المجموعة المدمجة (PMG) لدراسة العينة. وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة بين الشمول المالي والنمو الاقتصادي في المدى القصير، بينما يوجد أثر إيجابي و معنوي للاقتراض من البنوك و اشتراكات الهاتف المحمول على النمو الاقتصادي، أما عدد فروع البنوك و عدد الصرافات الالية و الاستثمار الأجنبي فقد أثرت بشكل معنوي سلبي في حين الإيداع رغم كونه سلبيا إلا انه غير معنوي أي لا يوثر. Abstract : This studyaims to measure and analyze the impact of financial inclusion on economicgrowthin 6 Arab countries representedin: Algeria, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Comorosduring the period 2005-2021.Financial inclusion wasrepresented by indicators of access to financial services: the number of bank branches, the number of ATMs, and indicators of the use of financial services: the number of borrowersfrombanks, the number of depositors and mobile phone subscriptions. Panel Data and PMG wereused to study the sample. The resultsshowedthatthereis no relationshipbetweenfinancial inclusion and economicgrowth in the short term, whilethereis a positive and significant impact of borrowingfrombanks and mobile phone subscriptions on economicgrowth, the number of bank branches, the number of ATMs and foreigninvestment have negativelyaffectedsignificantly, and thedepositesdespitebeingnegative, does not affect itbecauseitis not statisticalysignified. Résumé : Cette étude vise à mesurer et analyser l’impact de l’inclusion financière sur la croissance économique dans 6 pays arabes représentés en : Algérie, Liban, Qatar, Koweït, Arabie Saoudite, Comores au cours de la période 2005-2021.L’inclusion financière a été représentée par des indicateurs d’accès aux services financiers : le nombre de succursales de banques commerciales et le nombre de distributeurs automatiques de billets, et des indicateurs de l’utilisation des services financiers : le nombre d’emprunteurs auprès des banques, le nombre de déposants et les abonnements à la téléphonie mobile. Comme variable de contrôle, le modèle de données de panel et la méthode de la moyenne combinée des groupes (PMG) ont été utilisés pour étudier l’échantillon. Les résultats ont montré qu’il n’y a pas de relation entre l’inclusion financière et la croissance économique à court terme, alors qu’il y a un impact positif et significatif des emprunts auprès des banques et des abonnements à la téléphonie mobile sur la croissance économique, tandis que le nombre d’agences bancaires, le nombre de guichets automatiques et les investissements étrangers ont eu un impact négatif significatif, tandis que les dépôts, bien que négatifs, ne sont pas significatifs, c’est-à-dire n’affectent pas.Item دور وفعالية الرقمنة في تحسين أداء الخدمات البنكية : دراسة حالة بنك القرض الشعبي -الجزائريCPA - وكالة مغنية(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-02) قيطوني سارة رانيةالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وفعالية الرقمنة في تحسين أداء الخدمات البنكية الجزائرية، انطلاقا من متغيرين رئيسيين هما: الرقمنة كمتغير مستقل والذي تم قياسه بالاعتماد على أبعاد (الالتزام والاجهزة، ثقة العملاء، الخصوصية والأمان) وأداء الخدمات البنكية كمتغير تابع، وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان موجه لزبائن بنكcpaوكالة مغنية، حيث اشتملت العينة 50زبون. بالإضافة إلى إلقاء مقابلة شخصية مع مدير البنك محل الدراسة. وباعتمادنا على برنامج spss22 .وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لأبعاد رقمنة البنوك على أداء الخدمات البنكية على مستوى بنك cpa بمغنية. Résumé: Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle et l’efficacité de la numérisation dans l’amélioration de la performance des services bancaires algériens, basé sur deux variables principales : La numérisation en tant que variable indépendante mesurée en fonction des dimensions de la numérisation des banques (engagement et dispositifs, confiance des clients, confidentialité et sécurité) et la performance des services bancaires en tant que variable dépendante. Pour réaliser cette étude, un questionnaire a été conçu pour les clients de CPA en tant qu’agence de chant, où l’échantillon comprenait 50 clients. En plus de donner une entrevue en personne avec le directeur de la banque à l’étude. On a utilisez logiciel spss22, l’étude a constaté un impact positif des dimensions de numérisation des banques sur les performances des services bancaires au niveau de la CPA. Summary: This study aims to highlight the role and effectiveness of digitization in improving the performance of Algerian banking services. Based on two main variables: digitization as an independent variable which was measured based on dimensions (commitment and devices, customer trust, privacy and security) and the performance of banking services as a dependent variable. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was designed for customers of CPA Bank and Maghnia Agency, Where the sample included 50 customers.In addition to a personal interview was conducted with the manager of the bank for the study. Based on the spss22 program, the study concluded that the dimensions of digitization of banks has a positive impact on the performance of banking services at the level of CPA BankItem أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2019(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-07-02) حميدي أسية، بن علي صفية نور الإيمانملخص الدراسة: تعد الاستثمارات الاجنبية المباشرة موضع اهتمام العديد من الباحثين والمفكرين الاقتصادين في دول العالم بشكل عام ، وفي الدول النامية بشكل خاص، نظرا للأهمية البالغة التي تلعبها في تحفز النمو الاقتصادي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980/2019. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن تأثير الاستثمار الأجنبي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر ضئيل وهامشي، وأن مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر يعاني العديد من المعوقات والمشاكل رغم كل الجهود المبذولة لتحسينه ما انعكس سلبا على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الواردة إلى الجزائر. Summary: Foreign direct investment is of interest to many researchers and economic thinkers in the countries of the world in general, and in developing countries in particular, given the great importance they play in stimulating economic growth. The study aims to analyses the impact of FDI on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1980/2019). The study found that the impact of FDI on economic growth in Algeria is small and marginal, and that the investment climate in Algeria suffers from many obstacles and problems despite all efforts to improve it, which has negatively impacted on FDI inflows to Algeria.Item محددات الأداء الوظيفي لأساتذة قطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-06-27) مهاجر طارقالملخص: على الرغم من الفرص الهائلة التي توفرها المنظومة التربوية، إلا أن الرقي بمستوى أداء موظفي قطاع التربية (الأستاذ) بما يسمح بضمان جودة تعليم يبقى مرهون بمدى تبنيها نظام حوافز أكثر فعالية يسمو إلى تطلعات كافة الأساتذة. ومن هذا المنطلق هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة محددات الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ بقطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر؛ وهذا من خلال دراسة مدى تأثير أربع من المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في: الدافعية والقيادة والتدريب في مكان العمل والرضا الوظيفي على أداء الأستاذ بقطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر. من أجل اختبار النموذج النظري المقترح وفرضياته، وزعت استمارة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 202 أستاذ من مختلف الأطوار التعليمية وحللت البيانات باستخدام طريقة الانحدار الخطي المتعدد (بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS V. 20). في الأخير أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن كل من الدافعية والرضا الوظيفي يؤثران تأثيرا إيجابيا ومعنويا على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ بقطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر،في حين لا يمارس إدراج التدريب في مكان العمل أو القيادة أي تأثير على الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة بقطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر. Abstract : The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the algerian teachers performance. Namely, the influence of Motivation, leadership, workplace training and job satisfaction of teacher’s performance has been tested. In this aim, a survey was conducted on 202 teachers from different educational stages and the data was submited to a multiple linear regression analysis (using SPSS V.20). Finally, the results of the study showed that both motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and moral impact on the performance of the professor in the algerian education sector. Neverthless workplace training and leadership does not have any significant impact on the dependent variable (teachers performance).Item التنبؤ بالمبيعات باستخدام منهجية بوكس جنكينز دراسة حالة مؤسسة النسيج لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة مغنية(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-06-26) بخيتي أمال، نصيب صليحةالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالمبيعات باستخدام منهجية بوكس جنكينز دراسة حالة مؤسسة النسيج تافنة للملابس الجاهزة مغنية، حيث تم استخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية لمبيعات المؤسسة في الفترة الممتدة من 2018إلى 2022، وذلك بتطبيق بعض الاختبارات الإحصائية(Adf ,pp)، ودالتي الانحدار الذاتي و و الانحدار الذاتي الجزئي لمعرفة استقرارية، السلسلة كما قمنا بالاستعانة بالبرمجيات الإحصائيةEVIEWSوتقدير سلاسل مبيعاتها الشهرية . أظهرت النتائج أن النموذج الملائم للتنبؤ بالمبيعات المؤسسة هو ARMA(1.0) .وبعد تحديده قمنا باختبار دقة الملائمة لوحظ أن السلسلة المقدرة مطابقة لسلسلة الأصلية وهذا ما يؤكد دقة النموذج. Abstract This study aims to predict sales using the Box-Jenkins methodology, a case study of Tafna Textile, a ready-made clothing company. Time series data of the company’s sales from 2018 to 2022 were us go, and statistical tests (ADF, PP) were applied along with autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation functions to assess the stability of the series. The statistical software EVIEWS was used to estimate monthly salesseries. The results showed that the appropriate model for sales prediction for the company is ARMA (1, 0). After determining the model, the goodness-of-fit test was conducted, and it was observed that the estimated series matches the original series, confirming the accuracy of the model. Résumé Cette étude vise à prédire les ventes en utilisant la méthodologie de Box-Jenkins,une étude de cas de Tafna Textile, une entreprise de prêt-à-porter. Les données deséries chronologiques des ventes de l’entreprise de 2018 à 2022 ont été utilisées, études tests statistiques (ADF, PP) ont été appliqués ainsi que des fonctionsd’autocorrélation et d’auto corrélation partielle pour évaluer la stabilité de la série. Le logiciel statistique EVIEWS a été utilisé pour estimer la série de ventes mensuelles. Les résultats ont montré que le modèle approprié pour la prédiction des ventes del’entreprise est ARMA(1,0). Après avoir déterminé le modèle, le test de bonté del’ajustement a été effectué, et il a été observé que la série estimée correspond à lasérie d’origine, confirmant l’exactitude du modèle.Item جودة الحياة الوظيفية ودورها في تحسين أداء الأفراد العاملين في المنظمات الحكومية دراسة ميدانية لبعض مؤسسات القطاع العمومي في ولاية تلمسان(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-06-26) بن بوعزي سارة، قدار فراحالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختيار آثار جودة الحياة الوظيفية أجل الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسات العمومية الإدارية، وللإجابة على هذه الإشكالية تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على ست مؤسسات إدارية في مدينة مغنية ما بين أربع مؤسسات تربوية من ابتدائية ومتوسطة وثانوية ومؤسسة صحية متمثلة في مستشفى شعبان حمدان كذلك مديرية نشاطات الاجتماعية والتضامن تم توزيع 100 استبيان وتم استرجاع 80،والحكم على الفرضيات تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام دواء الانحدار بحيث بينت نتائج دراسة أنه لكي يتم تحسين الأداء الوظيفي يتطلب تبني المؤسسات لمفهوم جودة الحياة الوظيفية وذلك من خلال الاهتمام بجميع أبعادها. Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of job quality on the job performance of employees in public administrative institutions. To address this issue, a field study was conducted in six administrative institutions in the city of Maghnia, including four educational institutions (primary, middle, and high schools) and a healthcare institution represented by the Shaban Hamdan Hospital, as well as the Directorate of Social and Solidarity Activities. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed, and 80 were collected. Hypotheses were tested using a descriptive-analytical approach employing regression analysis. The study results indicate that improving job performance requires organizations to embrace the concept of job quality, encompassing all its dimensions.Item أثر التكوين المقاولاتي في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية:دراسة حالة طلبة دار المقاولاتية بالمركز الجامعي مغنية(University Centre of Maghnia, 2023-06-26) دار عساس أمينة، بومدين رشيدةالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أثر التكوين المقاولاتي في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طلبة دار المقاولاتية ، وكذا التعرف فيما إذا كانت المعارف والمؤهلات التي يقدمها التكوين المقاولاتي التي تسمح للطالب في تنفيذ مشروعه الخاص، حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 50طالب من طلاب دار المقاولاتية بالمركز الجامعي مغنية حيث اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على الاستبيان وفي تحليلها على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: توجد ثقافة مقاولاتية لدى طلبة دار المقاولاتية بالمركز الجامعي بمغنية بالإضافة إلى أن القدرة على التسيير هي المؤثر الأول على الثقافة المقاولاتية . Abstract : This study aims to Know the impact of entrepreneurial in the consolidation of entrepreneurial culture of entrepreneurial house students, as Well as to identify Wether knowledge and skills provided by repreneurial training that allow the student to get started in the implementation of its own project ,Were the study was conducted on a sample of 50 students entrepreneurial at the university center of Maghnia.Where we relied on collecting data on the questionnaire and study acheieved a number of results, the most important of which are :there is an entrepreneurial culture the among students in of the entrepreneurial house university center of Maghnia addition to the fact that the ability managemet is the first influence on entrepreneurial culture.
