    ملخص: يتناول هذا المشروع إعداد معجم رقمي تفاعلي متخصص في مصطلحات اللسانيات التطبيقية تحت اسم “جُمان”، يقوم على جمع المصطلحات العلمية وتنظيمها وِفقَ تصنيف موضوعي يسهّل الوصول إليها واستعمالها من طرف الطلبة والباحثين. ويعالج المشروع إشكالية تشتت المصطلحات في المراجع التقليدية وصعوبة الرجوع إليها بشكل دقيق وسريع، حيث يقدم منصة رقمية حديثة تعتمد على تنظيم معرفي واضح وواجهة استخدام مبسطة تتيح البحث والتصفح بكفاءة، مما يجعله مرجعًا رقميًا موحدًا في مجال اللسانيات التطبيقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعجم الرقمي، اللسانيات التطبيقية، المصطلحات، التصنيف الموضوعي، منصة رقمية. Abstract: This project presents the development of an interactive digital dictionary specialized in Applied Linguistics terminology, titled “Juman.” It compiles scientific terms and organizes them into a thematic classification that facilitates access and use by students and researchers. The project addresses the issue of term dispersion in traditional references and the difficulty of retrieving information quickly and accurately, in that it offers a modern digital platform with a clear structure and a simple interface that enables efficient search and browsing, making it a unified digital reference in the field of Applied Linguistics.

    ملخص تعد الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار م الهيئات الفاعلة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال إشرافها و متبعتها لمختلف الاستثمارات في الوطن ، و هو ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يعيد النظر في المهام المنوظة بها من خلال إصدار القانون جديد للإستثمار سنة 2022 ، هدفه استقطاب المستثمرين أجانب أو محليين بغرض الدفع بعجلة التنمية الاقتصادية لتحرر التدريجي من تبعية قطاع المحروقات في الدخل الاقتصادي العام ، فقد أعاد هذا القانون تنظيم و تشكيل الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير لاستثمار مع تغيير تسميتها إلى الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الإستثمار ، و منحها دور المروج الحقيقي و المرافق للاستثمارات ، من خلال خلق منصة الرقمية للمستثمر كآلية جديدة لمرافقة المستثمرين ، و تسيير حافظة المزايا و الأنظمة التحفيزية . Résumé L'Agence algérienne pour la promotion de l'investissement est l'un des organes actifs dans la réalisation du développement économique à travers sa supervision et son suivi des différents investissements dans le pays, ce qui a amené le législateur algérien à reconsidérer les tâches qui lui sont assignées en publiant une nouvelle loi sur l'investissement en 2022, visant à attirer les investisseurs étrangers ou locaux afin de promouvoir le développement économique pour se libérer progressivement de la dépendance du secteur des hydrocarbures dans le revenu économique généraCette loi a réorganisé l'Agence Nationale pour le Développement de l'Investissement (ANPI), en changeant son nom en Agence Algérienne pour la Promotion de l'Investissement, et lui a donné le rôle d'un véritable promoteur et facilitateur des investissements, en créant une plateforme digitale de l'investisseur comme nouveau mécanisme d'accompagnement des investisseurs, et en gérant le portefeuille d'avantages et de systèmes d'incitation. Summary The Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Investment is one of the active bodies in achieving economic development through its supervision and follow-up of various investments in the country, which made the Algerian legislator reconsider the tasks assigned to it by issuing a new investment law in 2022, aimed at attracting foreign or local investors in order to promote economic development to gradually free the country from dependence on the hydrocarbon sector in the general economic income.This law reorganized the National Agency for the Development of Investment (ANPI), changing its name to the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, and gave it the role of a real promoter and facilitator of investments, by creating a digital platform for investors as a new mechanism for accompanying investors, and managing the portfolio of benefits and incentive systems.
