    الملخص:القاعدة الأساسية هي أنه لا علاقة للأطفال بالنزاعات المسلحة، لذلك فقد عملت مختلف الدول والمنظمات على إصدار العديد من المعاهدات والاتفاقيات المتعلقة بحقوق الأطفال، خصوصا في ظل الانتهاكات التي تعرفها هذه الفئة الهشة، غير أن النص على تلك الحقوق يكون غير كاف إذا لم تكن هناك ضمانات تعزز وتكفل تمتع الأطفال بحقوقهم. Summary:The basic rule is that children have nothing to do with armed conflicts. Therefore, various countries and organizations have worked to issue many treaties an agreements related to children's rights, especially in light of the violations that this vulnerable group is aware of. However, the text on those rights is insufficient if there are no guarantees that reinforce It guarantees children's enjoyment of their rights. Résumé:La règle de base est que les enfants n'ont rien à voir avec les conflits armés. Par conséquent, divers pays et organisations ont travaillé à la publication de nombreux traités et accords relatifs aux droits de l'enfant, en particulier à la lumière des violations dont ce groupe vulnérable est conscient. le texte sur ces droits est insuffisant s'il n'y a pas de garanties Promouvoir et assurer la jouissance par les enfants de leurs droits.

    جريمة إختطاف الأطفال في التشريع الجزائري

    ملخص تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول جريمة اختطاف الأطفال التي تعتبر من بين أخطر الجرائم التي عرفت انتشارا واسعا في الآونة الأخيرة وسط المجتمع الجزائري في جريمة مرتكبة تلحق أضرارا عديدة بالأشخاص تستلزم سرعة التنفيذ يكون إجراءات المتابعة في جريمة اختطاف الأطفال المشترك بين باقي الجرائم أمام جدوى على سبيل الاختصاص في هذه الجريمة كشكوى وسرية الجلسات إذا تعلق الأمر بالنظام العام والآداب العامة ومن أجل التصدي لهذه الجريمة وردع الجنات ووضع المشرع الجزائري حملة من العقوبات الصارمة تصل إلى حد الإعدام. Résumé Cette étude se concentre sur le crime d'enlèvement d'enfants, qui compte parmi les crimes les plus graves qui se sont généralisés ces derniers temps dans la société algérienne et qui a causé de nombreux préjudices à des personnes, nécessitant une exécution rapide. Ce crime est une plainte et le secret des audiences en matière d’ordre public et de moralité publique. Il s’agit de lutter contre ce crime et de dissuader les jardins et de soumettre le législateur algérien à une campagne de peines sévères pouvant aller jusqu’à la peine de mort. Abstract : This study focuses on the crime of cadnaped of children, which are among the most serious crimes that have become widespread in recent times in the Algerian society in the crime of causing many harm to persons necessitating speedy execution. The follow-up procedures in the crime of abduction of children common among the other crimes, This crime is a complaint and the secrecy of the hearings when it comes to public order and public morals and in order to address this crime and deter the gardens and put the Algerian legislator a campaign of severe punishments up to the death penalty.
