It aims to provide innovative designs that combine authenticity and modernity while meeting customers’ needs through high-quality garments suitable for different tastes and occasions.Item النسق الثقافي في الأدب الشعبي بمنطقة النعامة جمع وتحليل(المركز الجامعي مغنية, 2026-01-21) عبسي كماليعد الأدب الشعبي جملة من الفنون القولية التلقائية الصادرة من أفواه العامة بلهجة دارجة بسيطة غير معقدة، فكان لابد بالنهوض به على غرار الأدب الرسمي. وقد انكبت هذه الدراسة على الإلمام بأشكاله الأدبية الشعبية وجمعها ودراستها واستجلاء قيمتها الجمالية والثقافية عن طريق آلية النقد الثقافي ، التي تعمل على الكشف عن الأنساق الثقافية داخل الخطابات الإبداعية بكل أنواعها. وتجلى ذلك من خلال تقدير الباحثين لقيمة الكلمة وجذورها المتفرعة في عوالم الأدب الشعبي. Abstract: Folklore literature is considered as a plethora of spontaneous verbal arts taken from the common people in their own dialects in a simpleand non complicated way. So,it is inevitable to give thiskind of art a push towards progress same as academic and official literature. Thisstudy aimsat uncovering the folklore and its genres as well as analysingit and itsstylistic and cultural value, through the use of cultural criticisme theories which uncovers the cultural contexte in the artisticdiscourses, This canappear in the appreciation of the researchers towards the value of each single word and itsroots in the folklore literature. Résumé La littérature populaire regroupe un ensemble d’expressions orales spontanées. Issues du langage vernaculaire simple et direct du peuple ll était donc essentiel de la promouvoir. Au même titre que la littérature savatée Cette étude vise a comprendre collecter et analyser les différentes formes de la littérature populaire et a en élucider la valeur Seth étique et culturelle par le biais de la critique culturelle qui s’attache a révéler les schémas culturels au sein des discours créatifs de toutes sortes. Ceci se manifeste par l’importance que les chercheurs accordent a la valeur du langage et a ses multiples racines dans le monde de la littérature populaire.Item الإطار القانوني لبراءة الإختراع في التشريع الجزائري(University Centre of Maghnia,, 2025-07-07) ريفي أمينة; تحت إشراف الأستاذة مجدوب نوالأدركت الجزائر أهمية تطوير الابتكار العلمي و تدعيمه للتنمية المستدامة، ببناء نظام قانوني قائم على استحداث جهاز خاص بحماية الملكية الصناعية سمي بالمعهد الوطني للملكية الصناعية، و بتكريس نصوص قانونية ( تشريعية و تنظيمية ) تحدد ضوابط قانونية لحماية الاختراع على المستوى الوطني، و وضع آليات وطنية لحماية براءة الاختراع التي لا يتعدى نطاقها حيز الإقليم الجزائري، مما جعلها تفكر في الانضمام الى اتفاقيات دولية رغبة منها في توسيع نطاق الحماية القانونية لبراءة الاختراع، لمسايرة الدول المتقدمة في الرقي و الازدهار . Summary Algeria has realized the importance of developing scientific innovation and supporting it for sustainable development, by building a legal system based on the creation of a special body for the protection of industrial property called the National Institute of Industrial Property, and by establishing legal texts (legislative and regulatory) that define legal controls for the protection of inventions at the national level, and by establishing national mechanisms for the protection of patents whose scope does not exceed the Algerian territory. This has prompted Algeria to consider joining international agreements, in its desire to expand the scope of legal protection for patents, to keep pace with developed countries in terms of advancement and prosperity.
