المخلص : إن مساهمة مجلس الأمن الدولية سواءا بإنشائه للمحاكم الجنائية الدولية المؤقتة أو العمل مع المحكمة الجنائية الدائمة في غياب مساهمته في إنشائها، يعد جانب هام في تطوير القانون الدولي الجنائي، و إرساء مبادئ المسؤولية الجنائية الفردية، فهو مسعى لتحقيق العدالة العالمية باحترام مبدأ السلم و المبدأ الدوليين.
