Abstract

ملخص: تعتبر هيأة الأمم المتّحدة أعلى هيأة مكلّفة بحفظ السّلم والأمن الدوليين، حيث يكتسي مجلس الأمن الذي يعدّ من أهمّ الأجهزة الرّئيسية في هذه الهيأة دورا ذو أهمّية لاستتباب الأمن والسّلم الدّوليين وإعادتهما إلى نصابهما وذلك كله وفقا للصلاحيات الواسعة الممنوحة لمجلس الأمن بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وبالتالي وضع القانون الدولي الإنساني حيّز التّنفيذ.
