Abstract

l’établissement de projets d’infrastructure modernes est considéré comme une première et importante étape pour la relance de l’économie de tout pays. Ce dernier peut concrétiser cela par l’ouverture d’investissement dans ce type de projet. Les mécanismes pour ce faire sont multiples et variés. Ils sont représentés par les contrats d’investissements conclus entre l’état et le secteur privé. Parmi ces contrats, il y’a ceux , plus importants , du BOT , par lesquelles l’investisseur est chargé de la réalisation du projet , de sa mise en marche, de l’exploiter , et du transfert , à la fin du contrat , de sa propriété à l’état. Ces trois opérations sont résumées dans le terme anglais BOT (Build- Operate-Transfer). Abstract∶ the establishment of modern infrastructure projects is the first step to promote the economy of the any country, and seeks to achieve the success of this by opening the investement in the estblishement of this type of projects, and the mechanisms to achieve this are many and varied and they are represented by the contracts of ivestment concluded by the state and the private sector , the most important contrats are the BOT contracts, which the investor is charged to realize a projet ,its start-up, to exploit it and the transfer, at the end of the contrat is property to the state. These three basic operations is a summary of the english term BOT (build , Operate, Transfer).
