الحماية القانونية للطفل مجهول النسب

Abstract

الملخص: يعتبر الطفل مجهول النسب من أكثر الفئات الاجتماعية التي تعاني في صمت ومن أجل رعايته وحماية شخصه وحقوقه المختلفة سنة المشرع الجزائري عدة نصوص قانونية ، تكفل له هذه الحماية وهذا من خلال القوانين سواء أكان في قانون الأسرة الجزائري أو في قانون العقوبات أو في قانون الحالة المدنية وكذا المراسيم التنفيذية ، كما كفل المشرع الجزائري نظامين لرعاية الطفل مجهول النسب وهما الكفالة ومؤسسات الطفولة المسعفة.

Abstract Children of parentage arc considered one of the most social that suffer in silence, in order to care for and protect their person and their different rights, the Algerian legislator has prescribed several legal texts that ensure his protection and this through laws that belong to the Algerian family laws or to the penal code or to the civil status slaws as well as the executive decrees. As the legislator has sponsored two systems to talke care of this category which are the lease and the establishments of assisted childhood.
